iSolvers, Inc., (hereinafter “iSolvers”) Employee Referral Program provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for “difficult to fill” positions. The career positions included in the program are:
Sr. Programmer Analyst, MS deg. in CS, Engg. or related & 2 yrs. Exp., Develop project in MyEclipse IDE, JBoss 6.1 Application Server and Oracle 11g environment. Experience in rewriting application in JAVA language formally developed in Oracle forms. Experience in Software programming for developing Web based application using Spring 4.0, Struts 2.0 and Hibernate 4.0 Framework. Use SOAP based web services with JAX-WS API. Develop reports using Java iText Library and Jasper Reports. Experience in system maintenance, support server applications under Windows platform. Experience writing complex SQL queries, Stored procedures, Functions and Views. Use Biometric SDK for Fingerprint Authentication. Experience using Base64 encoding and decoding techniques. Subversion and Maven integration implementation. Skills: JBoss 6.1 Application Server, Oracle 11g, Sprints 4.0, Struts 2.0 and Hibernate 4.0 Framework, JAX-WS API, Java iText Library and Jasper Reports, Base64 encoding and decoding. Sr. Applications Developer with Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related and 1 year experience in implementation and support of Pega Systems, Business Process Management software solution (PEGA) PRPC 6.1 SP2 ,7.1.8 and higher. Implement various SDLC models through Agile methodology. Prepare high-level design Documents and project documentation according to SDLC requirements. Design and implement coding standards and best practices across the spectrum of PEGA including PEGA PRPC, Java, HTML, JavaScript, C, C+. Experience in implementation of Integration Connectors & Mappings such as ConnectEJB, ConnectSQL, Soap services and Parse XML rules of PRPC. Resolve business issues, identify alternatives, determine impact and recommend optimal configuration solutions within the PEGA core system environment including Oracle and MS SQL platforms. Design and implement UI components using HTML, XML, JSP and JavaScript along with PRPC Frame work. Skills: Pega Systems, HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript, C+. Sr. Java Developer, Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering. or related & 1 yr. Exp., Involve in the end-to-end Development of Projects covering all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Analysis, Designing, Build/Construction, Unit/Assembly Testing and Deployment. Analyze the impact of the new requirements on the existing systems and study the existing system. Design and develop DSS modules based on the requirements using Core Java, SOAP web services, JDBC, Servlets, JSPs, AJAX, JavaScript, XML and CSS. Design the application by implementing Struts based on MVC Architecture, simple Java Beans as a Model, JSP UI Components as View and Action Servlet as a Controller. Design and develop business components using Session and Entity Beans in EJB. Use JDBC for data access from Oracle tables. Implement EJB's Container Managed Persistent strategy. Work on triggers and stored procedures on Oracle database. Use J Unit to implement test cases for beans. Work on Eclipse IDE to write the code and integrate the application. Deploy Web Sphere Application Server implementation. Skills: Core Java, SOAP web services, JDBC, Servlets, JSPs, AJAX, JavaScript, XML and CSS, JUnit. All iSolvers employees, by following the procedures established, are eligible with the following exceptions:
- Human Resource employees
- Supervisory/Management positions within the reporting chain of the bonus eligible job opening
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
Only external candidates are eligible for consideration. Temporaries & contractors on assignment to iSolvers are considered internal. Former iSolvers employees or contractors are eligible if it has been more than six months since their break in service with iSolvers. External candidates who have previously applied and are in an active status in the iSolvers applicant tracking system may be eligible if they are referred for a specific position(s). Recruited resumes obtained either via job fairs or advertisements are not eligible. Referrals will be honored for six months from the original referral date.
BONUS AMOUNT
A $500 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 6 months of hire when the following criteria have been met:
- Referring iSolvers employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments.
- Referred applicant must be iSolvers employed at time of payments.
PROCEDURES
Employees must follow the described procedures to submit a referral for an open position to be eligible for the program. The referral information (see below) must be submitted prior to the date of hire, with specific requisition numbers listed. The completed Employee Referral Program document must be submitted separately by the referring iSolvers career employee to:
